I just returned from a second trip to Thailand.... I had the opportunity to eat in some Thai homes, and indulged in some incredible meals. This book is exactly what I was looking for. I don't really need photos, just wanted the ideas and recipes. The book is not presented in "chapters", but rather just a book packed full of good home cooking recipes, many of which can easily be adapted. Clean, creative eating...
Really bad. Odd non-Thai recipes throughout. The supposedly "Thai" recipes are NOT Thai. No rhyme or reason to it and no pictures. In a word- awful. Don't purchase.
The recipes are sometimes confusing...switching from measurements used. Also ZERO PICS. Live pics. BUT there are a ton on recipes...so its ok I guess.
This cookbook will be great for those who wish to follow a moderate Keto and like to eat delicious foods. I’ve never been on a diet before and I’m starting to like it more and more every day.
