This emotional MC romance was surprisingly sweet and completely swoon worthy. I loved Shane and Parker! Shane was epic book boyfriend material and Parker was sweet and strong. This couple gave me all the feels as their entertaining story unfolded. I really liked how both these characters were a bit wounded and had their own baggage that they were carrying. The story held my interest well and I thought it offered a great blend of drama, suspense, danger, action, passion and romance. I loved this book and thought it was an excellent addition to this wonderful series. This is my freely posted, frank review.

I signed up for an ARC but I didn’t get it through there I got it when it went live so yea anyways was so waiting for this story since the first time i met Shane he got me so intrigued i just wondered when jonna Blake was going to right him I fell in love with him I think he’s now my fave from the Untouchables MC and Cain was my fave now it’s Shane he’s crazy gorgeous and everything you can imagine he’s not as bad as he thought he was yea he did not so nice things but he’s was soo good inside specially when he took an interest in Parker in the beginning he thought she was a boy a 16 year old and even than he wanted to take care of her protect her not knowing anything besides what she told him he was a hero even if he did bad things he was perfect in many ways and like i said so kind if he was a bad as he thought he wouldn’t of wanted to help Parker or provide protect her when he had thought she was a young boy he was just awesome I loved himParker I liked her to she’s so sweet and kind since the beginning I liked her she didn’t act all sassy or a pain in the but when Shane wanted to help her out a lot of the times the heroines but up a big fight or act all mad and don’t want to be watched over or taken care of by the hero who only want to help them when there in a bad situation or the hero thinks she might be in danger because of his lifestyle or whatever and wants them to be protected when he’s not around and i get it when they want to be all independent and stuff but sometimes im just like dude stop let him take care of you it’s not bad he’s not doing it cuz he thinks your weak or you can’t do it on your own do to me i liked that Parker let him do all those things for her and she didn’t outnup a fight or a tantrum because she had people watching her and he was taking care of her because really a lot of authors make a lot of the heroines into whining kids throwing tantrums just because the hero wants to take care of them or provide for them so I’m really glad Joanna didn’t do that with Parker this is by far my fave book from the whole Untouchable MCRead it it so good I loved it

OMG!! YES!!! This story is INCREDIBLE!! This whole series is amazing, and this just tips it over to IRRESISTIBLE!!! Shane is what dreams are made of. If you want your heart to melt, the untouchables series is the way to go!! ❤️❤️❤️

It's been a while since I want read anything on the Untouchables MC I always look forward to reading anything Ms. Blake writes. When I found the hard road I immediately bought it and couldn't put it down. Now I can't wait for book 5.

Shane is the Pres of the Untouchables MC. A man with a past and an agenda of revenge. Parker is a down on her luck runaway with secrets of her own. When they meet sparks fly. This is their story of hard won happiness achieved by overcoming the ghosts of the past.I love that this series is available on KU. Joanna Blake definitely has a way with MC stories!

Another excellent book by Joanna Blake. This series has been really great and this book is a another winner. Some good twists and turns plus romance with some suspense.

Purchased for one of my Son's who will be getting Married in October of this year.While I have noticed there are so many books for the Bride to be there's just not enough for the groom.It's a pretty basic book with information we already know.Some is useless while other info is helpful. He did get some good info out of this but he says he pretty much knew most of what was said in this book.

My fiancé and I have agreed that a typical bachelor party would be cheating and we are going against it. This book had multiple pages about a bachelor party with boxes to select options such as porn and what fetish you’d like also were innapropriate drawing of strippers. This book also “recommended” you don’t not have a typical night with your friends for your bachelor party which my finance felt was encouraging people to cheat

My fiance kept asking how he could better help me plan our wedding, and I was having a hard time figuring out things I could have him help with. I can barely figure out what I'm supposed to handle! In any event, this book has been very helpful for him to keep track of whats going on, and even gives him the direction he needs so he can make very helpful suggestions and offer great opinions. The whole first section is on the engagement, which was already over by the time we needed the book. But overall its a fun book for my future hubby to keep track and help out with the planning of our wedding, and he actually uses it!

I purchased two of these and two of the companion book "The Bride's Instruction Manual"; one set was for me and my fiance, and the other set was a gift for my newly engaged friends. I bought them just for the silliness, but once I got flipping through it I was surprised by how good the advice actually is. I would highly recommend both this one and "The Bride's Instruction Manual" for offering good advice with a heavy dose of humor. I mean, what couple stressing over a wedding couldn't use a little laughter to lighten it up?

I love these books! I bought both the bride's version and the groom's version for us to use. We're planning our own wedding for later this year and these books are great resources. I love that it isn't printed in all black and white... there are colorful graphics and use of color throughout to help keep your attention. Handy resource!

I had originally seen this book at a small gift shop in Faneuil Hall in downtown Boston and I stayed in the store reading it long enough to get all sorts of nasty looks from the girl at the counter. Rather than pay the jacked-up tourist trap price to buy the book I came to Amazon and saved almost 75%.This book is a quick read and despite some hokey graphics and charts it does provide valuable information on all topics from selecting a ring to asking her father's permission to wedding night sex. This was especially helpful for me as I had not been to a wedding rehearsal prior to my own wedding and I was the first of my friends to get engaged so I didn't have any expectations/knowledge of what to expect.Buy this book for yourself and get the bride instruction manual for your wife and then read them both to gain valulable knowledge and also to earn some brownie points for when she eventually yells at you for not caring enough about the font color on the placecards.

This was WAY more informative, in depth, and awesome than I thought it was going to be. I really does contain ACTUAL advice and usable information. I thought it was just going to be some neat but fun light hearted suggestions, but there is a TON of information in it. Gave it to my future brother in law for their bridal shower. Huge hit!

45 years of life. 30 years of substance abuse - 10 years of therapy – 6 years of SSRIs which made it worse. Still using. Then I read this book. Followed by one carefully planned dose of psilocybin, in accordance with Richards’ protocol of Set and Setting and with the support of an experienced friend. Desire to use evaporated. How strange? From card-carrying Athiest to intrepid Agnostic in about 4 hours (and 30 years). And I say ‘agnostic’ because I can’t put my finger on “It”. Nor do I feel I need to, any more. This is an incredible book. It describes how a variety of mind-influencing substances, many used by indigenous peoples or in sacred activities, can inspire awe about the universe and transform a person's life. Dr. Richards is extremely knowledgeable about both the sacred and the profane effects. The book is based on extensive, legitimate clinical research in a variety of settings. He discusses a variety of therapeutic and educational uses at great length. I was particularly moved by use of these substances in hospice care at the end of life, and to help individuals with cancer and other major conditions better deal with existential issues.

This is a really well done book. Thoroughly researched, described articulately, and presents a very compelling argument for using psychedelics for medicinal/therapeutic purposes.
