This book had a lot of good examples that show how the author performed with buying notes. However, after reading the book, I still do not know where to go to buy notes or sell notes. There is no deep dive into getting started with buying or selling notes. While I did gain some useful information, I was left with so many questions. I feel the title of this book is all wrong. This is not a beginner's guide. It will not tell you how to get started with buying notes.
Awesome book! The author gives a solid background of note investing with real world examples. As a new note investor, I learned a lot about the different types of note investing, the importance of due diligence (and what to do), exit strategies, foreclosure and bankruptcy, and why notes are so powerful. As a burned out landlord, I'm excited to move into notes after reading this book! It is highly informative and inspirational, and a perfect starter for anyone who is interested in this exciting investment medium!
This is not a mere "how-to" book but in its simplicity shows the complexity of investing made simple in regards to note investing. Love it! It is a good book to give away to prospective JV partners and/or to family members who do not understand what all the fuss is all about.

Great, must Read if in or wanting to get in the Note business. Well thought out and informative, Examples of Reperforming Loans, Existing Loans. All chopped up and laid out great for learning and comprehending. The few other books in this field are repetitive and a lot of misspelled words. Not this one here.. It's worth the few dollar investment for yourself.
Very good book to learn about the note investing business. Lots of substance and relevant examples. Author even covers the use of a financial calculator and gives real-life examples as case studies.
This is a great book to learn about notes. I've read other books since this one and they do not compare with the information given in this one. I highly recommend you get this book.
